SO AI currently ships physical products within the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout. UK delivery is £4.49 per order, or free when you buy two or more shirts.
Printed when you order
Our shirts are printed to order by our production partner, Printful.
Production and delivery are separate stages. Estimated delivery information is provided during checkout or in your order confirmation. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Changed your mind?
For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
Contact hello@soai.org.uk within that period to tell us you wish to cancel.
You then have another 14 days to send the item back.
Printing one of our standard designs after you place an order does not, by itself, remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Returning an item
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address.
Do not send returned products to our business correspondence address.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
Please take reasonable care of the product while it is with you. We may make a lawful deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid, including any applicable basic outbound delivery charge.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact hello@soai.org.uk with your order number and details of the problem.
Photos can help us resolve the issue quickly.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights, including reasonable return costs where applicable.
Cancellation notice
You can cancel by emailing hello@soai.org.uk with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You do not have to use a particular form or give a reason for a standard change-of-mind cancellation.
